Please note there will be no deliveries within this period however orders can still be placed online for delivery in the New Year

Delivery

We deliver FREE* nationwide. If you prefer, you can mention a desired delivery date and time in the ‘Special instructions’ section when making an order and we will do our best to accommodate that desired delivery time. We usually deliver within 5 working days.

If you choose to pay upon delivery, we will contact you prior to delivering to ensure you will be at home when we deliver your logs.

Nationwide delivery and crates

This is done by taillift pallet delivery vehicles using a pallet truck to wheel the logs to your property. Access must be a fairly level surface, and not gravel or grass, or the logs will be left kerbside.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely using Opayo (formerly SagePay). We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal payments.
We accept payment via BACS transfer, or with cash upon delivery (notes only). If you want to pay by BACS, our BACS information will be displayed upon making your order, and will also be e-mailed to you.

Defective goods and returns policy

You may contact us if you are ever dissatisfied with your order.  We will make our best efforts to resolve any problems with your order.

If our products do not reach you as they were described on our website (for example, if you received the wrong size of logs) we will grant you a full refund (including delivery cost) for the faulty products being returned.

If you simply wish to return the products, you may do so within 7 days of you receiving the products (as per your statutory rights), and you will be granted a refund (not icluding delivery costs), provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition. The customer will pay for the cost of collecting returned products. You must ensure adequate access for our haulier to collect the goods. Where appropriate access is not given, we will pass any additional haulage costs on to you.

Privacy

We store the following information on customers:

  • Customer name
  • E-mail address
  • Billing Address
  • Delivery Address

This information is used when making an order, and to ease the process of making future orders and to provide a historical record of a user’s orders.
